Welcome to Creative Tien
Thank you for visiting the Creative Tien website. We started with knitting and sewing tutorials in 2017 and under the www.PictureHealer.com website (about Chinese Feng Shui)) and YouTube channel. Now we are so excited to have a separate website and CreativeTien YouTube channel.
I have been focusing on the machine knitting these few months. Mostly the LK150 mid-gauge machine. I love hand knitting, but machine knitting gets everything done much faster so I can experiment more with different designs.
In the future, I like to have a creative challenge topic every month and focus on learning and mastering certain goals around that topic. This way, I keep challenging and improving my skills and get more done. It will be on the Creative Tien YouTube channel too.
Some future blog and video ideas include:
- Machine knitting Punch card pattern design for Fair Isle color knitting or other graphic patterns such as cute design for kids or geometric pattern repeat.
- Recreate thrift store garment by sewing or knitting. Or make my own with thrift store inspirations.
- Social media graphic design. I like to have templates for my Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube. Everyone needs to upgrade their social media skills. Maybe make a GIF or design a sticker for Instagram.
- Design fabric pattern repeat or digital pattern repeat using Illustrator or by hand, and print out through stores like Spoonflowers.
- Create digital art with different software, and also on the paper or canvas.
- Knitting, sewing, and DIY for pets. I have 3 guinea pigs, 1 dog, and 2 tanks of fish. They need some love and stylish home too.
- …. and many other ideas coming up.

Your wordpress site is very sleek – hope you don’t mind me asking what theme you’re using?
(and don’t mind if I steal it? :P)
I just launched my site –also built in wordpress like yours– but the theme
slows (!) the site down quite a bit.
In case you have a minute, you can find it by searching for “royal cbd” on Google
(would appreciate any feedback) – it’s still in the works.
