I started my hand knitting, machine knitting, and sewing journey when I had my first baby, and learn mostly from the internet and books. There is not a lot of resources for machine knitting. So starting a YouTube channel and blog is a natural way to share my projects.

We can all personalize our lives with yarn craft, sewing, and DIY projects to reflect the best of you. Sometimes we just need to see a little show-and-tell to learn certain steps or get ideas and inspirations to start a new project.

About Tien

Tien, or Shih-Tien, has a background in interior design, lighting design, and Chinese medicine including acupuncture and herbs. She graduated from Pratt Institute for Interior Design master’s degree and NYCTCM with a Chinese Medicine degree. Tien is also a licensed acupuncturist and certified herbalist in the US. She was born in Taiwan and lives in New York now.
